Comcore is a NSW regional based consulting firm providing a wide range of specialist building code services including building certification, building inspections, building code audits and essential services regulation. Comcore director Spiro Sarantzouklis is a highly qualified building surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the building regulatory and fire engineering industries having worked in both Dubbo and Sydney.

Spiro is an A1 accredited certifier with the Building Professionals Board and is able to provide certification on various performance based building solutions under the Building Code of Australia. Spiro is also able to provide inspection services on developments that are subject to performance based building solutions with regard to fire safety

Our Story

With diverse experience on building developments of all shapes and sizes, Spiro Sarantzouklis understands the best performance-based approaches to the Building Code of Australia.

After starting his career in local government in Dubbo, Spiro worked on larger scale developments, including high-rise commercial and residential developments, shopping centres and multi-storey health care facilities in Sydney. He also has experience as a fire safety audit manager with a high-profile fire safety engineering firm in Sydney.

Spiro brought that range of experience back to central west NSW, where he knows and understands how to add value to key project decisions and to incorporate the right advice and information to keep developments moving.
